EDITED

Hello, I followed these instructions at Red Hat's documentation for IPA on RHEL 7.x, and found that the ipa-server rpm is at 4.1 on my IPA server running RHEL 7.1.

# rpm -q ipa-server
ipa-server-4.1.0-18.el7.x86_64
# rpm -q redhat-release-server
redhat-release-server-7.1-1.el7.x86_64 : Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Release ....
--output truncated--
# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.1 (Maipo)

Also see this guide called "System-level Authentication Guide".

Hope that helps.

What's interesting, is while I have 4.1 on my ipa server, I could not find the RHEL 7 ipa-server rpm (or a later version) in the downloads in the customer portal.

I got the correct rpms but I can't see the proper documentation in RH access portal, also I can't get it in the fedora site nor in the freeipa website...

Hi Aritza,

What other documentation are you looking for? The two guides linked from the above comments (especially the Linux Domain Identity, Authentication, and Policy Guide) should cover all IPA/IdM-related processes for RHEL7.

Do you need help with some specific task that isn't mentioned there?

Aritza, are you installing this on Fedora or Red Hat 7.1 (highly recommend 7.1 if RHEL) or Centos7? See previous links/comments. the instructions I cited (and Robert above highlighted my links, and gave again) worked for RHEL 7.1 for me yesterday.
