In house support teams, licensing and support logins
Hi,
I am not new to Red Hat, but am new to being asked to look after licenses. I am part of a greater team of support guys who all look after 30 or so RH EL6 servers.
We all have separate RH support logins, but need access to the same pool of licenses. Apart from having a single login we all share, is there any way for multiple support logins to access the same pool of licenses? We are looking at installing a Satellite server to assist in administration/patching etc - not sure if that will give us a central point of license management.
Any thought?

Hi Graham,
Your organization should have a main account called Organization Administrator. Using this account, you can manage access for individual users within the same organization (i.e. with the same subscriptions). See Managing User Access to the Red Hat Customer Portal and the Red Hat Network Application for further details. Does this answer your question?
