OpenStack - packstack, cinder nodes

I want to create a Cinder node when installing with packsack. It is not clear to me how to do this using packstack.

Also can I create a Cinder node after I have installed openstack. ie. I have already setup openstack with controller and three computes now I want create a Cinder node.
