Redhat Clustering & Storage Systems
Hello,
We are having Oracle database 11.2.0 (RAC Environment) hosted on Redhat Linux 5.4.
Can anyone let me know how much it can be helpful if I am going to do the Redhat Clustering and Storage Systems course.
Your suggestions are welcome.
Thanks,
DP

Are you actually using RHEL Clustering for your RAC setup? Generally Oracle RAC/GRID does its own clustering so the only reason you'd put other clustering in such a setup is for services that aren't part of the RAC/GRID database setup.
On the theory that all learning is valuable I won't say this wouldn't be of value but for RAC/GRID it seems you'd get more bang for your buck on doing Oracle training specifically geared towards RAC/GRID. Also RHEL5 is very old so it is likely any training RedHat offers for clustering and storage is going to be more aimed at RHEL7 (or maybe RHEL6).
