If it is for RHEL-6, this documentation about Cluster Administration will help you get started.

And this one is for RHEL 7, which is advisable for new deployments: High Availability Add-On Overview and High Availability Add-On Administration.

Also for RHEL 7 is this, the HA Add-On Reference, which contains a bit more information than the documents that Jan linked to:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/7/html/High_Availability_Add-On_Reference/index.html

The Overview document that Jan linked to describes the components of Pacemaker but doesn't really go into any administration specifics.

The Reference document is really the catchall place for information about all components of cluster configuration.

The Administration document contains a sample procedure for setting up a cluster, and a procedure for configuring the use case of a highly available Apache web server in a two-node cluster.

There is also a Load Balancer document. For RHEL 6 the document is here:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/6/html/Load_Balancer_Administration/index.html

For RHEL 7 the document is here, but it is currently being reworked for teh 7.1 release, to provide more in the way of examples.
