Request help shutting off hibernation rhel5

Hello,

We have a RHEL 5.10 workstation that is going into hibernation mode and we don't want it to. We could not find anything but [this set of instructions from 2008[(http://magazine.redhat.com/2008/05/). We are wondering if anyone has the method to shut off hibernation for all users on a RHEL 5.10 workstation. Some users use GNOME, and some use KDE. On that note, we do not know if the article (see link), will cover both environments.
