How to resolve initramfs generation when missing dhclient?

Diagnosis
- Dracut fails to rebuild the initrd, because the network-legacy module’s dependency is not met.
- To find out if the system is affected, run as root:
dracut -f -v
- Which results in the following failure:
dracut: dracut module 'network-legacy' will not be installed, because command 'dhclient' could...Subscriber exclusive content
