Resolution:

There is a known issue impacting systems utilizing RHEL 9.4 General Availability (GA) and the Intel graphics driver (drm-intel), Users have encountered instances where the screen is prone to displaying random, unintelligible characters or “garbage.” RedHat is working on a necessary fix which will be avaiable shortly.
