Does Red Hat Ceph support migration from FileStore to BlueStore with the release of RHCS 3.2?

With the release of RHCS 3.2 on January 3rd 2019 the Ceph objectstore BlueStore is now fully supported. BlueStore will now be the default backend for any new RHCS cluster deployed on RHCS 3.2. For clusters upgrading from RHCS 2.5/3.1 this article will discuss what Red Hat will support regarding desires to migrate to BlueStore after a successful upgrade.
