Upgrade from EAP 6.4 to 7.2 using JBoss migration tool

We are in the process of upgrading applications running in 6.4 EAP to 7.2 EAP and intend to use JBoss migration tool for this process.

Our application landscape uses a derived deployment approach wherein the base JBoss deployment is extended and applications are installed on this derived server configurations.

Due to this distributed mode of deployment, we are unable to utilize the migration tool. (The tool requires a single bin location for the from(6.4) and to (7.2), whereas in our landscape, the application deployment is distributed.

Can you suggest the feasibility to utilize the migration tool in this context?
