What to do when provision of lab is no longer working

I am doing a guided exercise of DO280R. Part of lab setup is using Ansible to provision OpenShift. I managed to do it once yesterday but today this seems to be no longer working.

The job hangs without timeout at task atomatic-openshift-installer.

Does Ansible have timeouts? I am not sure but it does not seem to do anything for a very long time.

Of course I tried to delete the lab and start fresh but that doesn't fix it. It still stops the provisioning at the same point each time.

Most of my lab time is now trying the provision the lab environment. Not sure where to go from here. How do I reach support?
