2001410 Waiting tasks are not getting canceled after restarting pulpcore workers or after the migration script failed
2003888 The Pulp 2 to Pulp 3 migration stucks and raises 'pymongo.errors.DocumentTooLarge' error in /var/log/messages
2004225 Foreman content proxy doesn't listen on port 80 anymore
2025948 content prepare for 2to3 migration fails with "The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server"
2030683 Satellite doesn't forward the "If-Modified-Since" header for /accessible_content endpoint to Candlepin
2030714 Upgrade to Satellite 6.10 fails on content-switchover - Postgresql: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "index_katello_rpms_on_pulp_id"
2033187 Complete repository sync is no longer working since Satellite 6.9
2034818 Satellite and Capsule's versions are not updated after the upgrade and installation.
