The rhscl/php-70-rhel7 container image has been updated to address security fixes provided by the following advisories: RHSA-2019:3724

To pull the rhscl/php-70-rhel7 image, run the following command as root:

podman pull registry.access.redhat.com/rhscl/php-70-rhel7
