Topic
An updated rhel-system-roles package that fixes several bugs is now available for the Extras Channel of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.
Description
The rhel-system-roles package includes a collection of Ansible roles and modules that provide a stable and consistent configuration interface for managing multiple versions of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
This update fixes the following bugs:
- typo in selinux/tests/tests_selinux_disabled.yml: Invalid options for assert: mgs(BZ#1651285)
- kdump tests_ssh.yml on RHEL8 image: Unable to restart service kdump: Job for kdump.service failed because the control process exited with error code. (BZ#1651342)
- The selinux role: Ansible linux system role for selinux should list all variables in defaults/main.yml. (BZ#1674000)
- The network role rebased to latest upstream verison, which includes VLAN fixes and improved treatment of absent profiles. (BZ#1686866)
- Check mode problems in rhel-system-roles. (BZ#1716689)
Users of rhel-system-roles are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which fixes these bugs.
