Driver Disk Invalid

Trying to install drivers for 3Ware 9650SE but keep getting driver disk invalid for this release of Redhat Enterprise Linux. Here is the specs of my server that I am trying to put Redhat Enterprise Linux 6 64bit on.

SuperMicro Server Board
Intel Xeon Quad Core 3.2 Ghz, E3-1230 Processor
32 GB DDR3 1333 EEC Server Memory
Super Multi CD/DVD Burner
Dual 10/100/1000 Hardwire Network
3ware PCI Express Multilane Raid 5 Controller
3 - 1 TB Hard drives for Raid 5

Can anyone help a newbie out.
