How do I use awx-manage on a containerized installation?

I am following this documentation:

The first step is to use the ´awx-manage´ command. but since this is not a RPM installation and it runs on containers. I do not have access to that command on my main terminal. If i had to guess, I would need to attach to one of the containers to run this command, but I do not know how.

Any help would be appreciated.
