Cannot find act_connmark kernel module

The act_connmark kernel module is used by the "tc ... action connmark" command.

We have a set of scripts related to traffic shaping, it works in CentOS and Ubuntu, however some users are interested in running it in RHEL.

And then there is a problem, as I failed to find/install it in RHEL 8 and 9. and without that module "tc action connmark" just fails.

Could you please let me know if such a module is available in RHEL?
