    Cannot download packages during update

    Posted on

    Hi there,

I'm trying to update a RHEL 8.4 server to RHEL 8.8. I've done this on a dozen so far and had no issues but this one is giving me a bit of a problem.

I have subscription manager release set to 8.8 like I did with everything else and did a refresh. I can do a yum check-update and it'll give a list of all packages to be installed.

However, when it comes to downloading those from appstream, I'm seeing this issue.

    [MIRROR] python3.11-setuptools-wheel-65.5.1-2.el8.noarch.rpm: Status code: 404 for https://xx.xx.com/pulp/repos/Customer_Name/Library/RHEL_8/content/dist/rhel8/8.8/x86_64/appstream/os/Packages/p/python3.11-setuptools-wheel-65.5.1-2.el8.noarch.rpm (IP: xx.xx.xx.xx)

Now, when I browse to https://xx.xx.com/pulp/repos/Customer_Name/Library/RHEL_8/content/dist/rhel8/8.8/x86_64/appstream/os/Packages/p

I get a list of all the packages, but when I click on the python3.11 package, I do get a 404 error.

I've tried refreshing my content views and same issue.

I'm open to suggestions right now.
[Edit] I'm on Satellite Server 6.13 btw.
