How to skip the redhat 9.4 updates while patcing redhat 9.3

How to skip the redhat 9.4 updates while patcing redhat 9.3.
As of now there is no ensuser support and observers rsyslog server services getting failes when upgraded to redhat 9.4

How can i we skip in whiles pushing patchesfrom redhat satellite server redhat 9.3 client ?
