Cant upload Files to Openshift

I have a single Node Cluster, and want to virtualize some windows Machines in it. When i want to upload a ISO-File it says: "Data Volume failed to initiate upload". When i want to upload a ISO into a PVC, it doesnt even accept it, without any message.
Even creating a VM with a URL doesnt work, it only says "provisioning". What am I doing wrong?
