Is it illegal to use CRC on a AWS EC2 instance

Hi team, I am looking to try out to set up some basic automated tests which use an openshift cluster (version 4). I have tried this on my laptop using CRC already and it works. Is it okay if I run CRC on an EC2 instance to remove the dependency on my laptop and try out the same things there?
I was wondering if this is legal and meets Redhat product T&C. Or do I have to use ROSA?
