trying to find libnsl2-devel for UBI9

Hi. my oracle client needs libnsl.so.1, and according to another response the package needed is libnsl2-devel but is no were to be found

I already enabled ubi-9-codeready-builder

, Im looking to certificate our software and for that reason Im using only redhat offical repos in an ubi container
