Regarding carrer in RHEL Server / Workstation

Hello Red hat linux members

I want to change my carrer at the age of 40. Which aspect of linux I should learn so that I would be able to earn good and good for my carrer growth kindly guide me as I am suffering from financial liabilities.
I have done graduation in bachelor of computers applications and currently I am as normal job and my salary is not so good.
