upgrade from RHEL 7.9 to RHEL 8.9 using satellite

upgrading RHEL 7.9 to RHEL 8.9 using satellite I am running the Upgradeability check for RHEL host

the check reported no inhibitors

when I click Run upgrade(see screenshot) on Leapp upgrade report page,it does the Upgradeability check for RHEL host again but does not upgrade

the server upgrades successfully to 8.9 when I run the Upgrade RHEL host job

what needs to change for the upgrade to continue after pre-upgradabilty check is completed?
