Errors in RedHat Account

Hi there,

I received an email to re-activate my account by Redhat today and by activating my account I got a few web errors with my account by displaying the page. (see screenshot below) As well my account is now not signing out throwing the error messgae: "we are sorry, logut failed!".

This is the first time I got such warnings and errors on Redhat website and therefore I decided to share it in this discussion forum to know whether other users encounter such kind of errors and warnings as well.
