389 Console Management Window Blank

Several users on our team are not able to display 389 Console Management screen when launching 389-console. The window box comes up, but it's blank. I've verified that the variables are accessible via 389-console -D 9. I along with another co-worker don't have any problems at all bringing up the Management Console. I'm an Administrator and can sudo as there profile and the Management Console comes up just fine. I'm just puzzled why they get blank screen each time they try to bring up the console. Users are RDP'ing into server and using terminal to launch the console when the blank screen appears. Any help or suggestions would be wonderful.

389-console version is 1.1.19-6.el7
389-ds version is 1.2.2-6.el7
