Unable to register the device while installing RHEL 9.2

We were trying to install RHEL9.2 (rhel-9.2-beta-x86_64-boot.iso). While registering the server, we see "[Error - 2] Name or service not known". I am passing my username and password correctly.

We used Custom base URL as https://cdn.redhat.com
Just for trying we used Custom base URL as subscription.rhsm.refhat.com

But in both cases observations are same.
