Encrypt partitions with different keys

Hello,
I would like to know if it's possible to use LUKS or any other tool to encrypt different partition (standard or logical) with different keys.
I tried to do that with LUKS with two partitions, and despite the configuration gives no error, system cannot boot correctly and goes to emergency mode.

File level encryption tool would be fine either, instead of block level, but I cannot find anything for RHEL 8.2
