Mitigation from RedHat missing instructions

Hi Red Hat Security - Thank you for your work on that side, reference to https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/cve-2006-20001

Statement
This flaw only affects configurations with mod_dav loaded and configured. Also, if there is no WebDAV repository configured, the server is not affected and no further mitigation is needed..... ()

Mitigation

Disabling mod_dav and restarting httpd will mitigate this flaw.

Please clarify statements above and provide the steps "how to" mitigate
- check that there are configurations with mod_dav loaded and configured.
- Disable mod_dav and restart httpd .
