RHCSA exam

I'm trying to schedule the EX200 exam and it's a nightmare i go to the exam page and i click on get started and then and the exam to the cart and then it prompts me to login or register, once i login it empties the cart automatically and i have to search the catalogue for the exam to add it again but this time it only shows 4 total appointments and they are all in the Czech even though I'm from Egypt, what exactly I'm i supposed to do , why is scheduling the exam harder than studying for it ?
I've tried to use incognito and a different browser but that didn't help
