Unable to download package--on subscription

Dear all,

While practicing on the laptop getting the below error, please help me resolve the below error.

[root@zabbix boot]# cat /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.7 (Ootpa)
[root@zabbix boot]#

[root@zabbix boot]# yum repolist
