Cannot enter into install wizard

I cannot install RHEL 9 on my computer, but RHEL 8.6 can install on my computer. My computer passed RHEL 9 install test, but it can not go to the install window, and it stay in a black screen.

My computer is NUC11
CPU: intel i9 11900kb
Mem: 32 Gb
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3060
Hard Disk: Samsung 980 1 Tb
