Ipsec Tunnel handling limited to 8k tunnels, unique id limits from 1 - 16382. how to effectively used 32k tunnels(unique id from 1 - 32767)

Currently redhat allows to create only 8k tunnels for Ipsec that is not sufficient for our application load handling and we want to know how to increase this?

As per our understanding the parameter reqid is limiting this to 8k tunnel, is it possible to increase this value to 32k on our own.Plz suggest .Thanks

Below is our system configuration
