YUM/DNF Increase Timeout/Wait Time

Hi,
We have some proxy/cache server to caching repositories for internal usage on servers without internet connection.
Because some proxy servers are behind of other proxy servers and internet connection is too slow, package/repository processing will be failed on clients. Is there any configuration to increase timeout or retry checking URL?
