redundant link for Redhat Cluster

Hi Team ,i am trying to add redundant link to Redhat cluster .using the below command as mentioned in the redhat admin guide .

some how command is not working ..

pcs cluster link add prd1.hpl.com=15.245.142.21 prd2.hpl.com=15.245.142.22 options linknumber=2

please suggest if any one faced the similar issue .
