Is ubi8/ubi missing repo packages for Google ChromeDriver/Chrome?

Trying to use the ubi8/Ubi container image to build out a QA pipeline image that uses Google Chrome/ChromeDriver to do testing with our applications.

We are unable to get several packages to install to satisfy the dependency for the google-chrome package.

liberation-fonts
provider for libvulkan.so.1 library
xdg-utils

Does the ubi repos contains all the packages available to rhel8?
