Utility passwords and keys does not work well

When I remote access redhat8.4 desktop, click activities -> Utilities -> Passwords and keys, the Passwords items don't appear as expected.

Check message logs, there are below error:

Does anybody know the reason? and how to solve it? Greate thanks.
