A repositories is not available in content view

Hi Community,

I have enabled two repositories in my content view but only one is available on machine when I run the command subscription-manager repos.
Red Hat Satellite Tools 6.9 for RHEL 8 x86_64 RPMs is available but I don't have Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server RPMs x86_64 7Server.
I need it to install Red Hat insight when registering the machine.
