using qcow2 image of RHEL 8 for cloud Virtual Maschine

Hi I have a question about using qcow2 image of RHEL 8 from https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/479/ver=/rhel---8/8.3/x86_64/product-software

for cloud Virtual Maschine

VM system console asks for login and password
and i cannot connect via ssh key.

How can i change user password, or other way? Is there manual?
