xcb-util and xcb-event devel packages in RHEL 8

Hey all,

I'm trying to compile i3wm on RHEL 8 but I can't find xcb-util and xcb-event devel packages in the repo. In RHEL 7, there used to be xcb-util-devel package but there is none in 8.

What would you suggest to do?
