Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation exam

I enrolled for EX407 exam , after enrollment i am not able schedule the exam on exam scheduler portal also not even able to cancel my exam , its showing "Couldn't cancel the exam: Request failed with status code 500 " this error, anyone has any ideas about it
