Setting up IPSec between RedHat Linux and Windows 10

Hello!
I am trying to setup a IPSec VPN between a RedHat7.x system and a Windows10 server. I'm not having much luck. I was able to configure a Linux to Linux IPSec VPN but crossing over to a Windows system is a challenge for me.

Has anyone configured a IPSec VPN between Windows/RHEL7?
