Red Hat Subscription vs RH OPEN. Is RH362 included?

Hi,

In my company, we are currently subscribed to Red Hat Open Training. What is the difference between RH OPEN and a Subscription? Additionally to the Certification attempts/ ebooks
We are interested on doing the course "Red Hat Security: Identity Management and Active Directory Integration (RH362)" and it's not included in RH OPEN, may it appears on the Subscription.

Can anybody confirm that this course (RH362) is included in the Subscription?
Which other courses are included on the Subscription that doesn't appear on RH OPEN?
Are all courses with an online course model included in the Subscription?
