404 error when trying to add a new activation key for redhat subscription

I am trying to create a new activation key under my developer subscription at https://access.redhat.com/management/activation_keys, but by pressing the "new" button, I get a 404 error (page not found).
I couldn't find any solution for the problem, so I would really appreciate any help.
