Hi! Your best bet in this situation is to open a new support case, especially if this is a production outage. Thanks!

Oof... Looking at that error message, looks like when your drive fsck'ed, it unlinked the libblkid shared library (and probably other critical ones). You might be able to boot off a rescue cd, manually fsck the filesystems, fish things out of lost+found and put them back where they belong and recover, but that's going to be PAINFUL at best. Got backups?

Had you turned off journaling on your EXT3s (or used an external journal that disappeared or got corrupted)??
