Will REL8 kickstart.cfg work on a CentOS build?

Couldn't quite find the right category to ask, but I am looking to build some CentOS systems, and I am wonder if, in lieu of making a template the hard way (manual build), will the cfg the Rel8 wizard makes work for deploying CentOS systems? Thank you in advance.
