Thanks Christian!

Anyone landing here and navigating through the Red Hat Downloads, clicking on "Versions 7 and below" you will have to manually click the drop-down menu and select "7.7" non-beta. I'm hoping Red Hat removes the beta edition as being the primary choice upon arriving to the 7.x Linux downloads page.

Here is the RHEL 7.7 release statement

You're welcome, RJ ! In earlier cases the beta edition was removed one day after the final bits were released. :)

Christian

RJ, I've just checked something ... documentation already dropped the beta :

Dear Red Hat Customer Portal peoples...

Kindly request - please fix the link for the the RHEL 7.7 download because people are attempting to go to 7.7 with the GA release of 7.7, and landing at the beta edition of 7.7 instead. (Christian, my boss just tried the link to 7.7, it still goes to beta)

Kind Regards

RJ

That's strange RJ, when I click(ed) the link I'm getting redirected to the the correct (7.7 final) download site. :)

Regards,
Christian

Hello RJ,

The download page seems to have been update just yet. RHEL 7.7 is now the default.

Regards,

Jan Gerrit

Thanks for the information, Jan Gerrit ! :)

Christian

RH Satellite 6.5.1 content is available too, including a RHEL 7.7 kickstart repo

Thanks Jan,

I figured Christian was correct in his earlier assessment.

Yes RJ, thing is that I was very fast discovering the availability of the final edition.
Usually after the official announcement, the beta gets removed within one day. :)

Christian
