Subscription-manager list command shows not subscribed to any subscription

Command for Subscription-manager list resulting in not subscribed to any subscription and the status detail is: Not supported by a valid subscription. However, the customer portal shows that the subscription is active. I have taken a 30 day trial of "linux server self supported evaluation". Please help as i am not able to proceed further.

Try subscription-manager refresh and run subscription-manager list again.

Be aware: You are allowed to create support case for registration issues if you have a self-support subscription.

As an alternative to what Jan Gerrit suggested, you may want to contact Customer Support ... I'm sure they'll solve the problem. :)
