Does Ansible Automation Subscription provide an Ansible Tower license?

Greets,
As a partner, I have the following subscription:
Subscription Name: Red Hat Ansible Automation, Self-Support (100 Managed Nodes, NFR, Partner Only)
Provides:
SKU: SER0496

As the Provides section is empty, does attaching the pool somehow provide an Ansible Tower license?
