How to read the messages from ActiveMQ

Hi Folks,

I'm using Jboss EAP 7 and defined the my own queue in ActiveMQ,

from jboss admin portal I'm able to see the number of messages sitting in queue and also from CLI (command line interface) I'm able to list the messages.

Is there a any way / method by which I can able to publish / pull this queue messages out of the jboss.

please let me know your thoughts about this.
